Role: ServiceNow Architect
Bill Rate: $78/hour C2C
Location: Temple Terrace, FL
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Teams
Direct Client Requirement  

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as ServiceNow Technical Architect and platform SME
• Provide technical guidance, architecture planning, and platform governance
• Maintain platform stability across production & non-production environments
• Lead upgrade planning, execution, and platform optimization
• Manage instance security, ACLs, user/group administration, and access controls
• Support developers with configuration and technical design guidance
• Design Technical Architecture Blueprints aligned with business requirements
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integrations
• Create design documents, runbooks, and technical documentation
• Participate in client meetings and act as liaison between client and delivery teams
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations

Required Skills:
• 8–10 years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong ServiceNow Architecture & Platform Administration experience
• ServiceNow integrations & technical design expertise
• Experience with platform upgrades, security, ACLs, and governance
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
• Experience creating HLDs, runbooks, and architecture documentation
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and platform support experience
