A condolence meeting was organized in honor of the esteemed economist and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, led by Kandi Srinivasa Reddy, the assembly in-charge of the Adilabad Congress party, at the camp office of Kandi Srinivasa Reddy.

During the gathering, Kandi Srinivasa Reddy delivered an emotional tribute to Manmohan Singh, which was attended by a large number of participants.

A two-minute silence was observed to mourn his passing, and prayers were offered for the repose of his soul. Reddy highlighted that Singh's cultural influence has enabled many farmers' children to become successful entrepreneurs. He was recognized as a visionary during times of economic turmoil, credited with implementing significant economic reforms that revitalized the nation's economy. Reddy described Singh as a remarkable leader who transitioned the country from a system of licenses to one of cultural progress.

He also noted the unfulfilled aspirations for the nation, as expressed by the Congress party. Manmohan Singh is remembered for his extensive contributions, having served as a professor, economist, Governor of the Reserve Bank, Executive in the Finance Department, Vice Chairman of the Planning Commission, Chairman of the UGC, Finance Minister, and Prime Minister. In challenging times when the GDP was at 3 percent, he was the economic genius who propelled growth through various reforms.

His legacy includes initiating numerous revolutionary changes in the country. In remembrance of his contributions, a period of seven days has been designated for mourning. Many leaders at the Anantaram Sabha acknowledged the invaluable services rendered by this great man to the nation, and numerous leaders and activists participated in the event.
